AI for retail & trading
AI for shops and traders, without the enterprise theatre
A shop does not need an AI strategy. It needs the same twenty questions answered without stopping billing, stock that reflects reality, and paperwork that does not eat the evening. That is where AI is genuinely useful at this scale — and where most AI vendors have nothing to offer because the deal size is small. We build for this market because it is the market around us.
proven in our own productWhat today looks like
- The same questions — price, availability, timings, delivery — asked all day on WhatsApp
- Billing is busy exactly when customer questions arrive
- Stock on the system and stock on the shelf disagree
- Month-end GST work means re-entering what was already written once
What changes
What an agent takes over
Customer questions
Price, availability and timings answered from your own data, instantly.
Order taking
Enquiries captured as structured orders instead of scattered chat messages.
Document work
Supplier invoices and bills read into your system instead of retyped.
Reporting
Sales and stock summarised into what to act on, not just what happened.
Proof
We run this in Billman

FAQ
Common questions
Is AI affordable for a single shop?
Some of it is and some of it is not, and we will be straight about which. Answering customer questions automatically is affordable. A bespoke agent project is not, at single-shop scale — a product like Billman is the better route.
Will it work in Tamil?
Yes. Our production assistant already handles English and Tamil, including mixed script.
We already use billing software. Can AI sit on top?
Usually yes, if your software has an API or exports. That is the ordinary case for the automation work we do.
